Acceptable Content Policy

The standards every comic, cover, description, file, and creator account must follow.

All comics and creator materials must be lawful, accurately represented, and submitted by someone with the necessary rights.

Rights and Authorization

Submissions must be original or properly licensed. You may not submit stolen work, unauthorized fan material presented as official, pirated content, or material that unlawfully uses another person’s intellectual property or likeness.

Illegal and Harmful Material

Content that promotes or facilitates illegal activity, credible threats, targeted harassment, exploitation, trafficking, or instructions intended to cause serious harm is prohibited.

Hateful Content

Content that advocates violence, dehumanization, or exclusion against people based on protected characteristics is prohibited. Fiction may depict prejudice when it is presented as part of a legitimate narrative rather than as targeted advocacy.

Sexual Content

Sexual exploitation, non-consensual sexual imagery, sexual content involving minors, or material that sexualizes minors is prohibited. Comics Authority may reject other explicit sexual material at its editorial discretion.

Graphic Violence

Fictional violence may be accepted, but Comics Authority may reject excessively graphic, exploitative, or shock-focused material, particularly when it lacks meaningful narrative context.

Impersonation and Deception

Creators may not impersonate another person or organization, misrepresent ownership, falsify sales or download activity, manipulate reviews, or provide deceptive publication information.

Malware and Unsafe Files

Submitted files may not contain malware, scripts, hidden executables, malicious links, or content designed to compromise users or the website.

AI-Assisted Work

AI-assisted work is permitted when accurately disclosed. Creators remain responsible for the legality, originality, permissions, and commercial-use rights associated with the submitted material and the tools used to create it.

Editorial Discretion

Meeting this policy does not guarantee acceptance. Comics Authority may reject material based on quality, fit, presentation, technical requirements, reputational concerns, or other editorial considerations.

Enforcement

Violations may result in rejection, removal, account restriction, withheld payments during investigation, or termination from the Creator Program.

Reporting a Concern

Report concerns through the contact page and include the title, page URL, reason for the report, and any supporting evidence.
