Creator Responsibility
Creators may submit only material they own or have permission to use. This includes artwork, writing, logos, characters, photographs, fonts, likenesses, trademarks, and AI-assisted material.
Reporting Copyright Infringement
A copyright owner or authorized agent may submit a takedown notice identifying material believed to infringe copyright.
Required Notice Information
- Your full name and contact information.
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
- The exact website location of the allegedly infringing material.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act.
- Your physical or electronic signature.

Counter-Notices
A creator whose material is removed may submit a counter-notice when they believe removal resulted from mistake or misidentification. The counter-notice must identify the removed material, state under penalty of perjury that removal was mistaken, provide contact information, consent to appropriate federal court jurisdiction, and include a physical or electronic signature.
Repeat Infringement
Comics Authority may suspend or terminate accounts associated with repeated or serious infringement complaints.
Trademark and Other Rights
Reports involving trademarks, publicity rights, privacy rights, impersonation, or other legal rights may also be submitted through the contact page with supporting information.
No Legal Determination
Removing or restoring material does not constitute a legal determination regarding ownership, infringement, fair use, or liability.
